You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your private data when you consider that your private data is inaccurate, the processing of your private data is unlawful, we do not need require your private data for the purpose of processing, or you have objected to its processing. In this case your private data will only be stored and not processed.

How long do we store your private data?

We store a record of your private data, in order to provide you a high quality and consistency to our services. We always store and process your data in accordance with the law and we never store them longer than we have to.

The personal information which you provide upon registration is stored for the duration of your registration on our website and up to 1 year after the termination of said registration.

Subscriptions to our bulletin are stored for the duration of the subscription, until its termination or the removal of the registration.

Data regarding your completed orders of goods or services are stored for the maximum period of 5 years, counting from their completion, considering the attached warranties and prescriptions periods.

Data protection

We treat your private data as strictly confidential. In order to protect them, we undertake several technical and organizational measures, which guarantee the security of the information which is being processes by us, including:
